RICKOVER, retired, giving his remarks from rostrum; VADM, completes his remarks, walks away from rostrum; the emcee, MR WAYNE C HASTY, steps up to rostrum; PAN L, VIP standing, with keel directly in BG; MISTER and MRS L. MENDEL RIVERS stand in center with their daughter; PAN L, zoom in on MR L.C. ACKERMAN, President and Chief Executive 0fficer, VADM RICKOVER and MRS RIVERS; emcee comes into scene from R; Congressman RIVERS stands in FG, his back to camera, as MRS RIVERS authenticates the keel; zoom back, as hammer is given to MR RIVERS; he steps up on stand and authenticates the keel after his wife; MR RIVERS steps down from stand, MR HASTY moves in and directs MR RIVERS and his wife to view the plaque; Congressman and his wife step down; zoom back as MR HASTY has ADM ELMO R. ZUMWALT, CNO, and VADM HYMAN G. RICKOVER move in around Congressman and MRS. RIVERS; keel is in BG; keel is finally 1ifted by the yard crane, moving back over the ways; zoom forward, keel moving into position; zoom back, for a LS of keel moving into position. 2) CU Green lights spinning on platform, which was activated when keel was set into position. G 3) CU MRS RIVERS at rostrum; zoom back as MRS RIVERS moves away from rostrum; the emcee steps up to rostrum; he steps away from rostrum, returns and has a seat; MISTER RIVERS steps up to rostrum to give his remarks.
